  • Architecture modernization to speed customer value delivery with modern technologies and architectures by performing services such as modern application architecture and implementation. 

  • Build and Lead the MS consulting services offerings on marketplace. 

  • Lead the creation of Azure architecture blueprints and best practices. 

  • Learn and develop Lingaro capabilities in the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure with special focus on the Cloud-scale Analytics scenario and leverage to apply best practices and proven frameworks to create a migration and modernization roadmaps with customers. 

  • Provide technical pre-sales services to customers and participate in the creation of customer proposals, statement of work (SOWs) and project scoping calls. 

  • Oversees the delivery of Azure data transformation engagements and support to Delivery team. Collection of lessons learnt from delivery engagements to continuously improve the Azure consulting services.

  • Develops repeatable Azure data transformation frameworks and methodologies to support and train delivery teams on best practices (leveraging experience from other projects/customers and industry standards). 

  • Collaborates with Azure competency champion in identifying and defining required skills and certifications for data transformation engagements.

  • Contribute to the development of the data transformation practice. 

  • Participates in knowledge sharing communities – internally and externally. Has and/or is determined to develop personal branding within Azure community. 

  • Willingness to travel on business. 


  • Proven experience on Azure Senior Cloud Engineer position.  

  • 10+ years working in an Architect role including designing, building and maintaining complex solutions, including cloud-based solutions. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Cloud Architecture, Design, Operations, and Strategy on the Microsoft product stack. 

  • Familiarity of Cloud Architecture Frameworks (Azure Well-Architected Framework, Cloud Adoption Framework). 

  • Knowledge of Cloud Security concepts and solutions in Azure. Ability to design solutions following best practices and zero trust approach.  

  • Expertise in Data and Analytics workloads required. 

  • Consulting mindset, true interest, and motivation to engage in assessment and optimization projects. 

  • Proven people developer with a passion for managing and growing teams. 

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and business presentations.

  • Certificates: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (DP-500) and/or Microsoft Azure Enterprise Data Analyst (AZ-305) and/or Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
