Tasks
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

  • Gathering requirements and conduct business and technical workshops.

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvements.

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Performing requirements analysis.

  • Preparing the Business Documents requirements and communicating the results of analysis.

  • Working closely with relevant PM / SM and the project teams to ensure BR are completed in accordance with expectations.

  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

 
Requirements
  • More than 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

  • Exposure to BI technologies like PowerBI, Qlik, Looker, Tableau and understanding on BI development process.

  • Experience in data & analytics area and implementation of BI solutions.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and build a good atmosphere.

  • Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.

  • Able to prepare clear, crisp and precise BRD’s.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Very good written and spoken English.

  • Experience in completing projects in CPG/FMCG industry – nice to have.
