  • Acting as a technical lead on data visualization projects.

  • Designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI.

  • Educating junior resources.

  • Remaining update-to-date on product improvements/releases and work closely with internal teams to stay current on product developments.

  • Participating in the entire solution implementation process – from taking pre-sales activities, analysis, collecting customer requirements to design and development of reports and dashboards.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in creating reports and dashboards in the PowerBI tool.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in working with QlikView or Qlik Sense.

  • Very Good knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query M language.

  • Knowledge about data modeling, reports performance tuning, business requirements gathering and translation them to solution.

  • Excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving and critical thinking.

  • Ability to translate technical solution advantages into business value for the customers.

  • English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform (Data Factory, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Tabular Models).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).

  • Knowledge of other BI tools (Looker, Tableau).


  • Working for international customers and teams.

  • Working in agile or agile/waterfall projects.

  • Working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.
