Tasks:
- Working with sales and delivery to quickly understand the needs and scoping required support in producing commercial proposals, RFP, or tender responses.
- Generating timelines and bid milestones from initial review of documentation through response development, draft preparation, and management sign-off.
- Coordinating all day-to-day aspects of bid initiatives and maintaining appropriate reporting and visibility.
- Composing bid teams where needed and leading them to deliver according to customer deadlines.
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as the focal point for all bid-related queries and communication.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience (min 5 years)
- Experience in a submissions or marketing role within the technology/data domain
- Strong affinity with sales processes, and commercial attitude;
- Process-oriented and analytical;
- Strong influencing and project management skills;
- High attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation
- Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level
