To illustrate, 94% of this year’s survey respondents claimed that Lingaro Philippines is a Great Place to Work®. This number was exactly the same last year, showcasing how consistent Lingaro Philippines is at shaping an overall positive working experience for its employees.
Conducted from November 15 to November 30, the survey also reveals that most Lingarians agreed with the following statements:
Statement | 2022 | 2023 | ∆ |
This is a physically safe place to work. | 98% | 99% | +1 |
“People here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.” | 97% | 99% | +2 |
People here are treated fairly regardless of their gender. | 97% | 99% | +2 |
“People here are treated fairly regardless of their race.” | 96% | 97% | +1 |
“I am able to take time off from work when I think it's necessary.” | n/a | 97% | n/a |
Other high marks include a 93% rating for leadership behavior and 91% on innovation. Leadership behavior ratings point to how employees experience their leaders’ leadership and how much it reflects company strategy and values. When a company garners a set of consistently high marks from all organizational levels, it likely indicates that that company finds it easier to get things done.
A high innovation score, on the other hand, indicates a company’s propensity to adapt quickly, improve continuously, and discover disruptive innovations. This all means that, despite the highs and lows in the market today, the firm remains resilient and retains a positive outlook.

“Excellent project outcomes emerge as the end products of team members who enjoy their work, view their workplace as a second home, and experience both personal and professional growth within the company,” Magdato added.
