Business Analyst

Tasks:

• Establish functional and non-functional requirements and document them appropriately.

• Support team and PO to write high-quality user stories.

• Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders.

• Establish effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value.

• Based on the input of business representatives refine requirements and translate them into business terms and conceptual models.

• Identify any Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies.

• Define and maintain data quality requirements, design principles, standards, and guidelines.

• At least 3 years of experience in the development of BI solutions. 5 years overall minimum.

• Very good written and spoken English (C1).

• Very good communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.

• Analytical thinking.

• Familiar with Design Thinking, User Centricity.

• At least basic knowledge about data modelling and BI technologies.

• Understanding database concepts and technologies (SQL DB, Azure Data Factory).

• Familiar with SDLC (Software Development life Cycle).

• Familiar with Agile delivery.

  Nice to have:

• Understanding data management and data warehouse architecture concepts.

• Understanding of SQL and/or PL/SQL.

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.

• Familiar with DevOps.
