We are looking for a candidate who will fit a Business Analyst role for Supply Chain Analytics related projects, and who will also act as presales consultant. Working in Agile methodology for big corporate clients. 
This role summary comes with close collaboration with clients, requirements collection and facilitation, building lasting relationships, managing client expectations and working directly with developers to translate business requirements into specific tasks.


  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development team.

  • Become trusted advisor for Lingaro customers within different business areas in Supply Chain.

  • Establish effective working relationship with range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support delivery of business value.

  • Gathering, analyzing, modelling and documenting business requirements.

  • Documenting functional and system requirements for Web Application/BI systems within Data & Analytics area. 

  • Work as part of project team and support the team in delivery.

  • Act in the role of PM (for smaller engagements), making sure the project is running as expected when there is a need.


  • At least 5 years of experience in IT as Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Product Owner or similar.  

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain company or in consulting company in supply chain area area.

  • Practical knowledge of any Cloud system/Web application systems/BI tool/Databases.

  • Great analytical skills. 

  • Creativity in problem solving.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and ownership skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Hands-on experience with full software lifecycle: requirements gathering, functional and technical design, software development, tests, deployment.

  • Knowledge of business analysis processes, techniques and tools.

  • Practical knowledge of BPMN.
