Lingaro is looking for Business Analyst experienced in BI area who will be responsible for supporting the Client in becoming a data-driven organization by delivering best in class data, insights and advice which empower our consumers to control, explain, predict, and optimize the performance of the organization.
Tasks:

Establish functional and non-functional requirements and document then appropriately

Support team and Product Owner to write high-quality user stories

Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders

Help the team to estimate, prioritize and manage the requirements
-
Establish effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value

Based on the input of business representatives refine requirements and translate them into business terms and conceptual models

Identify any Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies

Ensuring Feasibility and Viability of the solutions

Define and maintain data quality requirements, design principles, standards and guidelines
-
Helps stakeholders to drive user testing, user adoption and value capturing
-
As an expert, you deliver the necessary knowledge and skills to make standard and best-in-class products/services for our data consumers

Besides that, you continuously deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise within your chapter
Requirements:

Being proactive and informed BI Business Analyst with a passion for data regardless of the domain
-
You are energised by working on tangible and concrete results in a complex and ever-changing environment
-
At least 3 years of experience in the development of BI solutions, minimum 5 years overall
-
Understanding database concepts and technologies (SQL DB, Azure Data Lake)

At least basic knowledge about data modelling and BI technologies
-
Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
-
Very good communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way
-
English level B2+/C1
-
Analytical thinking
-
Familiar with Design Thinking, User Centricity

Familiar with Agile Delivery
Nice to have:

Experience in FMCG domain in Procurement area and broader Supply Chain and Value Chain Analytics

Understanding data management and data warehouse architecture concepts

Understanding of SQL and/or PL/SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks

Knowledge of UML and BPMN

Familiar with DevOps

A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
