

Tasks
- Must have proven capability, experience in sales, already established relationships, ability to work independently, capability to establish relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and the ability to interact and work effectively across all levels of the customer organizations
- Develop a pursuit plan and a pipeline of new customers and engagements
- Successfully convert new target accounts, leveraging Lingaro’s capabilities and solutions and building mutually beneficial long-term relationships
- Ensure the creation and execution of pursuit strategies, and build “win-win” value propositions with pre-sales, practice and delivery teams
- Leverage your own and Lingaro-provided market leads to pursue targets
- Leverage available tools, events and marketing support to develop pitches, proposals, presentations, etc for target accounts
- Guides and supports presales and delivery teams' activities in the process of winning new business and growing existing footprint
- Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends and products in Data and Analytics
- Demonstrate financial knowledge in all interactions and existing relationship management, internally and externally
- Develop and execute essential account plans and sales programs
- Nurture senior client relationships on strategic accounts
- Achieve established revenue targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of business development experience in international IT Services companies with an understanding of Data and Analytics technology and ecosystem including hunting and farming of accounts
- Strong network in the region especially in CPG/FMCG, Luxury goods, Manufacturing and Retail
- Expert and excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a mature, respectful approach to all communications
- Good understanding of the regional needs, buyer behaviors, market segments, and competition and build plans to effectively counter it
- Strong internal communication skills and project management skills. Be able to navigate through the needs/concern of internal stakeholders and manage the project implementation
- Willing to step out of the comfort zone and go the extra mile to drive results in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with agreement discussions and analysis and executing agreements
