Tasks
- Manage queue for catch and dispatch of tickets ensuring correct assignment and initial investigation.
- Ensures proper handling and escalation of tickets based on a set of standard operating procedures.
- Maintain applications in PowerBI, MS SQL (Mainly), Oracle,
- Analyze data flow and technical diagrams
- Work independently and report directly to clients
- Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders and clients
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Has strong PowerBI and SQL skills (PL/SQL, MSSQL)
- Nice to have: Oracle, ETL, Unix, Azure Fundamentals - Azure Blob Storage (file system, concepts, AzCopy), ServiceNow usage, Shell scripting - basic level
- Knowledgeable and experienced with ITIL
- Strong process management, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Good business presentation skills
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
