Tasks
  • Bring & remain up to date on Customer Insights (marketing, customers & sales) best practices into our projects to grow the practice and the type of work we deliver

  • Help our clients give rise to new growth, improve margin and revenue to create new ways to engage with market and build new strategies and solutions through gaining deeper insights into consumer behaviour with the use of data & analytics capabilities

  • Supporting CxOs to create amazing omnichannel customer experiences powered by analytics

  • Structurally translate client needs to technical teams and facilitate the creation of AI / Analytics models and solutions developed in our mixed teams

  • Effectively communicate, presenting directly to client stakeholders, the benefits of analytics and data to our clients and their consumer, sales and marketing teams

  • Originate, shape, sell and deliver transformations for the clients you will be working with

  • Collaborate with our international innovative multi-disciplinary teams to bring the best-in-class expertise and delivery capacity as part of large transformation projects

  • Responsibility for leading business streams

  • Preparing presentation for sales, pre-sales and delivery needs

  • Innovations, working on creating new products, ideas for the service offering

  • Supporting projects delivery (projects related to Consumer space)

  • Cooperation with Market Team, Sales, Data Science

  • Building solid relationships with corporate clients, gathering their feedback in order to propose and implement appropriate improvements,

  • Helping in building strategy, offering and other business development tasks in the Consumer

 
Requirements
  • Experience in client management, project and service delivery

  • Self-driven and proactive approach,

  • Deep understanding of the Client’s business and how IT contributes to the delivery of service

  • Experience in project and service monitoring, controlling and reporting,

  • Technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa,

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints,

  • Innovative in terms of service quality and ways in which it can be improved,

  • Fluency in written and spoken English,

  • Experience in FMCG/CPG space as an strong asset.
