  • Conducting data analytics processes to deliver impactful business insights.

  • Building a deep understanding of customer’s business processes and use it for recommending tangible process improvements.

  • Working in global multi-disciplinary teams to build connection between business and technology.

  • Empowering customers to spot and leverage business opportunities by unlocking the power of data.

  • Designing and implementing analyses leveraging the best storytelling practices and techniques.

  • 3 years of data analytics, business analysis, BI development, or similar experience.

  • Experience in delivering business services for Human Resources / Human Capital enterprise functions.

  • Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level.

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

  • Strong foundations of one of the common BI suites – Power BI, Tableau, Looker, DOMO, Qlik or similar.

  • Knowledge and skills of statistics applied in business scenarios.

  • Requirements gathering and elicitation skills.

  • Proven experience of delivering business presentations for stakeholders of various seniority.

  • Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business managers on data understanding and building use cases.

  • Ability to apply research, information gathering, interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope.

  • Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/ under-defined problems.

  • Capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

  • Ability to work independently exhibiting strong ownership for the assigned scope.

Nice to have:

  • Programming skills for data analysis (Python, R or Scala).

  • Experience with setting up cloud analytical environment (Azure, AWS or GCP) for enterprise.

  • Experience in implementing data solutions for Human Resources / Human Capital enterprise functions.

  • ETL / ELT modeling experience.
