  • Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders

  • Deep and practical understanding of business model processes to validate those solutions for define purpose

  • Hands-in experience in establishing functional and non-functional requirements and documenting them appropriately

  • Practical knowledge of SQL, UML, BPMN, Jira, PySpark, Pandas (nice to have),

  • Very good database and data warehouse knowledge

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way

  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving

  • At least basic knowledge about modelling and machine learning
