  • Responsibility for leading a team, managing the day-to-day activities, setting clear team goals, giving regular feedback, coaching for top performance and responding to poor performance,

  • Managing a portfolio of services and projects for FMCG customers,

  • Building solid relationships with corporate customers, gathering their feedback in order to propose and implement appropriate improvements,

  • Bringing new projects from existing clients without losing the current business,

  • Initiating contact with new prospective clients, presales activities – analysing, creating prototypes, pricing possible engagement, account management,

  • Helping in building strategy and offering for Consumer space, promoting it within the company and outside.

  • Experience in people management, customer management, project and service delivery,

  • Self-driven and proactive approach,

  • Great leadership and management skills,

  • Deep understanding of the Customer’s business and how IT contributes to the delivery of service,

  • Experience in project and service monitoring, controlling and reporting,

  • Strong knowledge and experience of contract/supplier management,

  • Technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa,

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints,

  • Innovative in terms of service quality and ways in which it can be improved,

  • Fluency in financial and budget management,

  • Fluency in written and spoken English,

  • Experience in FMCG space as an asset.
