

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience at senior management level.

Proven track record in leading the team and successful implementations for the Customers as a Team Leader.

Being a role model for other Team Leaders and the team in the area of IT solutions delivery, operational excellence and team management (including core values behaviors).

Experience in preparing offers for the customers and attending the business development meetings.
-
Keeping a close and prospective relation with at least one Customer.
-
Consumer Market knowledge gained in FMCG industry as a plus.
Tasks:

Creating a long-term Customer strategy in line with the market trends.

Bringing new projects from existing clients without losing the current business.

Surprising customers by inspiring, enabling and proposing innovation.

Ensuring delivering topics on promises with the top quality in mind.

Initiating regular communication with client to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

Managing P&L.

Gathering feedback from client to propose and implement improvements, being the level of escalation of the project.

Communicating, implementing and executing processes and guidelines defined for all company (including the best practices in project management).

Recruiting and building the highly effective team; motivating and recognizing people on a daily basis.
