Tasks:
  • Managing a portfolio of services and projects for FMCG customers, including supervision and monitoring of open projects in terms of scope, time and budget together with customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibility for leading a team, managing the day-to-day activities, setting clear team goals, giving regular feedback, coaching for top performance and responding to poor performance.

  • Being a role model for the team, promoting integrity and core values behaviors on a daily basis.

  • Recruiting and building the highly effective team.

  • Ensuring delivering topics on promises with the top quality in mind, and initiating regular communication with client, being the level of escalation of the project.

  • Building solid relationships with corporate customers, gathering their feedback in order to propose and implement appropriate improvements.

  • Bringing new projects from existing clients without losing the current business (together withs sales team).

  • Initiating contact with new prospective clients, presales activities – analyzing, creating prototypes, pricing possible engagement, account management (together with sales team).

  • Helping in building strategy and offering for Consumer space, promoting it within the company and outside.  


Requirements:
  • Experience in people management, customer management, project and service delivery (100+ people in the team).

  • Hands on experience in project and program management (20+ people in the project).

  • Self-driven and proactive approach. 

  • Great leadership and management skills.

  • Deep understanding of the Customer’s business and how IT contributes to the delivery of service. 

  • Experience in project and service monitoring, controlling and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of contract/supplier management. 

  • Technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa. 

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints.

  • Innovative in terms of service quality and ways in which it can be improved. 

  • Fluency in financial and budget management. 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Experience in escalation management.

  • Experience in FMCG space as an asset.
