Lingaro’s Growth Enablement team is a strategically composed group focused on driving business growth. The Digital Solutions Consultant role works to directly empower the go-to-market community with essential tools, assistance, information and content to optimize sales efficiency and accelerate time-to-value, improving performance and revenue generation.
Tasks:

Maintaining a broad technical landscape of systems, software and data with hands-on investigation and oversight.

Developing new tools and methodologies to provide a competitive edge to sales and marketing.

Managing and prioritizing multiple different tasks for projects and backlog requests.

Leveraging project management tools and business systems best practices (eg., project plans, DACI, documentation, frameworks, wireframes.)

Monitoring performance reporting and analyzing data (tickets, reports) to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer suport.

Facilitating communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience (min 5 years)
-
Experience managing projects, technical requirements’ analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and SDLC methodologies
-
Demonstrated ability to put pieces together at a detailed level, understanding how applications connect, and proven ability to use data to identify key decisions
Not required but added plus:

Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools

SaaS support experience

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Experience working in or with AI technology including chatbots, copilots, LLMs, generative responses

Agile, Scrum or Project Management certification
