eCommerce Project Manager

Tasks:
  • Managing projects (contract/scope/schedule/budget/quality/tasks/team/products).

  • Coordinating the work of the implementation team in accordance with the client's needs and requirements.

  • Conducting project meetings.

  • Project risks management.

  • Project internal and external reporting.

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with regular customers and establishing new ones.

 

Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in project management in Agile and Waterfall projects, min. 5 years.

  • Leading big projects, at least 10 people.

  • Knowledge of IT industry at a level that allows for free communication with the IT team.

  • Very good work organization.

  • Ability to motivate team and manage crisis situations.

  • Goal-oriented attitude.

  • Experience in e-commerce (B2B or B2C), familiarity with platforms such as Magento, Shopware, Shopify or other.

  • Outstandig communication skills, including negotiations.

  • Working knowledge regarding delivery agreements.

  • Very good command of the English (C1) and Polish language (C1).

    Nice to have:

  • SLM experience.

  • QA experience.

  • Experience with software development.
