Tasks:
  • Act as an IT Project Manager on selected projects in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics or Cloud area (around 50% of time).

  • Supporting Delivery Leader in developing business within the area as well as entering new areas / new customers.

  • Building and maintaining strong relations with customers.

  • Staffing projects and other engagements.

  • Collaboration with different internal departments and teams.

  • Monitoring profitability at engagement level.

  • Helping engagement team members to achieve high customer satisfaction on their projects and tasks.

  • Ensuring delivery of topics on promises with top quality and on time.

  • Gathering feedback from clients to propose and implement improvements, being the level of escalation of the project.

  • Taking part in presales processes.


Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of overall experience.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a delivery or project management role.

  • Practical knowledge of project management frameworks, market standards and tools.

  • Experience with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.

  • Very good written and spoken English (C1).

  • Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, with passion to achieve assigned goals.

  • Can-do approach and willingness to learn new things.

  • Ability to combine technical and business topics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in delivering BI / Data & Analytics cloud-based solutions for global Clients.

  • Project management and/or Agile certificates (e.g. PMP, PSM, SAFe etc.).

  • BI / Cloud certificates (e.g. Azure, Power BI etc.).

  • Technical background and/or education.

  • Experience in preparing offers for the customers and attending business development meetings.
