Engagement Manager

Act as an IT Project Manager on selected projects in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics or Cloud area (around 50% of time).
Supporting Delivery Leader in developing business within the area as well as entering new areas / new customers.
Building and maintaining strong relations with customers.
Staffing projects and other engagements.
Collaboration with different internal departments and teams.
Monitoring profitability at engagement level.
Helping engagement team members to achieve high customer satisfaction on their projects and tasks.
Ensuring delivery of topics on promises with top quality and on time.
Gathering feedback from clients to propose and implement improvements, being the level of escalation of the project.
Taking part in presales processes.

At least 5 years of overall experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.
At least 1 year of experience in a delivery or project management role.
Practical knowledge of project management frameworks, market standards and tools.
Experience with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.
Very good written and spoken English (C1).
Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, self-motivated, with passion to achieve assigned goals.
Can-do approach and willingness to learn new things.
Ability to combine technical and business topics.

Nice to have:

Experience in delivering BI / Data & Analytics cloud-based solutions for global Clients.
Project management and/or Agile certificates (e.g. PMP, PSM, SAFe etc.).
BI / Cloud certificates (e.g. Azure, Power BI etc.).
Technical background and/or education.
Experience in preparing offers for the customers and attending business development meetings.
