Konrad Rosiński, one of Lingaro’s lead consultants, is a supply chain expert with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and procurement. Konrad has vast commercial and operational experience in working in the multicultural environments and challenging markets of third-party logistics (3PL) providers as well as production and trade companies. For many years, Konrad has taken on senior management roles and led different divisions in sales and operatio.

Since 2008, Konrad has successfully supported various major projects across Europe and Middle East. His advisory work covers supply chain optimization, sourcing strategy, tender management, design and implementation of warehouse solutions (including automation), and distribution network modeling for the automotive, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, DIY, and fashion industries. Konrad holds a master’s degree in economics and international business/foreign trade from the University of Łódź in Poland.
