

The primary focus of our Delivery Excellence organization is to ensure that superior quality aligned with Agile and DevOps principles is embedded in every aspect of delivery, from project execution and support to internal structure and operations.
Tasks:

Provide strategy and vision for Delivery Excellence function to set up delivery standards, ensure best quality of operations, and optimize overall project execution.

Define the Delivery Excellence organization and manage its team members.

Define proper KPIs and own relevant performance management metrics (project / services health, financial performance, risk rating, customer satisfaction).

Own follow-ups and resolution process in case of observed substantial risks.

Cooperate closely with Account Delivery Management and Competency Centers Leads in key customer escalations to drive resolutions of issues and promote them across organization.

Provide governance and quality assurance to selected high profile engagements – starting from sales stage to successful delivery.
Requirements:

Solid experience in portfolio & program governance in a large scale matrix organization.

Strong background in project management and service delivery in IT professional services environment.

Ownership of project & services controlling KPIs including financial and non-financial measures.

Hands on experience in project and service management. Expertise in modern Agile methodologies, certifications in respective areas (PMP, SAFe, ITSM) are a plus.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement, implementing significant changes at an organization level.

Ability to inspire others and be the change agent.

Excellent communication skills proven in internal and external environment.
