Tasks
  • Value proposition and offering creation (main responsibility)

  • Consultative sales to identify and win new opportunities.

  • Projects’ delivery during consulting stages or support BU or thought-leadership in client facing situations (up to 0.2 FTE).

  • Lead generation through thought leadership: articles, analysis, white papers, public presentations, webinars etc.

  • Budget planning and ROI monitoring for BU and 3rd parties.

  • Monitoring of trends, competitors, market opportunities.

  • Solution ideas generation and market verification.

  • Use cases and success stories – capture current and past from across the company and share.

  • Marketing content input and verification.

  • Internal education and skill building in the practice’s area.

 
Requirements
  • 8+ years’ experience in the Practice’s specialization.

  • 5+ year consulting company experience

  • 2+ years in a large Enterprise Tier 1 customer company

  • Deep market knowledge customers, trends, competitive solutions. Ideally a natural interest for many years.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – intrinsic drive to grow business

  • Executive Level communication and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrate value of her/his specialization.

  • Experience in leading projects/people. And self-driven.

  • English – fluent level. International experience is a plus.

  • Product Management experience is a plus.

  • Qualifications for Business Practice

  • Consultative selling experience in own practice and technology – ideally close to Data and Analytics.

  • Consulting competencies, e.g. problem-solving, research, customer interviewing, workshop facilitation, bring structure, manage ambiguity, stellar presentation skills.

  • Qualifications for Technology Practice

  • Pre-sales and proposal preparation experience.

  • Publicly recognized as an expert in relevant tech community.
