  • Responsible for the practice’s strategy and business results

  • Definition and creation of Data Analytics Application & Platform Managed Services capabilities and offerings following industry best practices and clients’ needs

  • Advising and working with senior client executives in solving their Managed Services related issues from strategy to execution (including transition from Delivery)

  • Cooperation with Account and Delivery teams to create repeatable methodologies for effectively deliver services and engagements to customers

  • Ensure knowledge and skills capacity enablement towards Delivery & Operations teams

  • Company knowledge owner regarding AMS & Platform MS

  • Keep the practice at the forefront of Managed Services (by interacting with the ecosystem, attending conferences, getting certifications, interactions with external advisors, reading articles…)

  • Create “thought leadership” collaterals (white papers, Social Media posts, Webinars…) related to the practice

  • Engage with Sales and Marketing to get the full support for commercial enablement through targeted initiatives

  • Experience in shaping complex deals in Managed Services with the ability to lead value propositions in line with client needs.

  • Technical acumen in the area of Data Analytics, DS and AI, Cloud platforms

  • Global understanding of Managed Services ecosystem applied to Data Analytics from technical, functional and value added standpoints.

  • Experience and ability to work in demanding environments (c-level relationship management included)

  • Experience in working in onshore, offshore delivery and operations

  • Experience in transformation toward Managed Services at scale – at least 100+ FTE

  • Experience in ITSM at scale.

  • Expertise in Managed Services including strategy and innovative value added operations

  • Experience in shaping and managing IT shared services

  • Knowledgeable in automation and optimization of Managed Services delivery

  • DevOps understanding in the context of transitioning from Delivery to Operations

  • Solution Sales / PreSales and pursuit management experience

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • 5+ Years of Managed Services / Application and or Infrastructure Managed Services experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in working in teams in multi cultural environments

  • ITIL certification is a plus
