  • Identity Governance:

    • Establish and enforce identity governance policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to customer data.

  • System Architecture and Integration:

    • Design and implement CIAM systems and architecture.

    • Integrate CIAM solutions with existing identity management systems and applications.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement:

    • Work to improve the overall customer experience during registration, login, and account management processes.

    • Implement single sign-on (SSO) solutions for a seamless user experience.

  • Security Management:

    • Oversee security measures related to customer identity data.

    • Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security mechanisms.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units.

    • Communicate CIAM strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.



  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in identity management and CIAM solutions.

    • Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).

    • Understanding of encryption and secure communication protocols.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

    • Ability to ensure CIAM systems comply with industry-specific standards.

  • Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to convey CIAM strategies and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Azure Cloud knowledge,

  • GCP Cloud knowledge,

  • Understanding microservices,

  • Understanding CDP platform

  • Experience in working with SMS providers like Attentitve.

  • Understanding security related apps like ThreatMetrix/Google reCaptcha enterprise.
