Tasks:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound.

  • Identifying potential stakeholders in prospect accounts.

  • Leads nurturing through follow-up calls, emails, LinkedIn activities resulting in meetings.

  • Qualifying leads and prospect accounts.

  • Building additional insights on leads and prospect accounts that will allow to qualify and help with further nurturing.

  • Assigning qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Cooperation with Marketing team on marketing activities.

  • Reporting sales efforts in CRM (Salesforce).

  • Proposing improvements of nurturing process through process changes and utilization of additional tools.

 
Requirements:
  • Perseverance in attempts to contact leads via various channels.

  • Strong phone presence and experience performing dozens of calls per day.

  • Proven inside sales experience.

  • Understanding of IT space, Data&Analytics is a plus.

  • Track record of over-achieving quota.

  • Excellent English skills (C1+ or C2). Other western languages would be a benefit.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Strong listening, organizational and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
