Data & Analytics Strategist brings a unique mixture of business and data expertise to develop strategic plans that define how data can create value for an organization. Tasks:

collaborate with client leadership to define data-driven strategies that support business objectives.

support the development and implementation of data & analytics strategies and operating models for clients.

conduct workshops and facilitate communication with client regarding their Data Analytics projects
-
supporting and learning from senior colleagues with Train your successor approach.
-
identify business objectives, needs, and challenges and adapt services and products to meet client needs.
-
contribute to thought leadership and innovation within the consulting practice.
-
research latest data use cases and trends to expand knowledge base.
-
contribute to the development and maintenance of Lingaro's methodology for data-driven strategy engagements.
-
supporting Pre-sales activities and preparing presentations for clients
-
supporting creation of Marketing materials and articles to help Lingaro being recognize as Thought Leader in Data Strategy space
Requirements:
-
min. 3 years of experience in data & analytics or consulting
-
basic understanding of data strategy
-
ability to translate business requirements it into actionable plans
-
ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
at least basic understanding of cloud computing technologies, preferably Azure and GCP
-
understanding of the full delivery life-cycle for D&A projects
-
good understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in data & analytics.

strong communication and storytelling with PowerPoint
-
team-oriented and able to maintain a positive work environment
-
education in a related field, such as business, computer science, or statistics
Nice to have:
-
experience in CPG or/and Pharma OTC industry
-
product owner skills and experience
-
Azure fundamentals certification, Certification from any Data Visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
-
Agile, Design Thinking and Lean concepts practical knowledge

basic SAP experience/knowledge
