  • Request Management, Problem Management. Change Management, pipeline monitoring

  • Incident Management - Troubleshooting user-raised issues as consulted or escalated. 

  • May be assigned tasks to participate in some or a few development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.  

  • Needs concentration on back-end technologies since tasks may be heavy on monitoring activities. 

  • Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level. 

  • 24/7 support.  

  • Shift Needed (PH Time):  EMEA Shift (either 2PM to 11PM or 3PM to 12AM)




  • Preferably with 3-6 years of work experience. 

  • Basic computer programming skills and familiarity with programming concepts ·

  • Good communication skills ·

  • Strong business acumen ·

  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problem


 Must have:


  • SQL 

  • GCP
