  • Oversee and mentor a team of four designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work.

  • Validate and approve design projects, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and client expectations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting ideas, and managing feedback.

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with client goals and market trends.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication between the team and clients.

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, presales, and HR, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

  • Stay current with industry trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team and clients.


  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

  • Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong experience in presentation design and the ability to create engaging visual narratives. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of branding and presentation projects and your role in their execution.
