Iza is a Lingaro Group’s UX Competency Center Manager. She is committed to expanding her team’s competencies and expertise to boost Lingaro Group’s capabilities in delivering best-in-class user experiences and realizing value for clients.

During her 20-year career in DX and UX, she has built expertise spanning strategy development for both digital products and digital marketing, research, global product and program management, and team setups.  

With broad experience in global, matrix, and multimarket environments, she focuses on continuously improving workflows, strengthening processes, and encouraging collaborative mindsets. Iza is a quick, curious and open-minded learner driven by a natural passion to deliver smoother and more satisfying user experiences.
