Natalia is a senior engagement manager and senior program manager with over 12 years of experience in consulting and implementing global solutions for Fortune Global 500 customers in industries such as pharma, med-tech, CPG, and retail.

Her expertise lies in delivering large-scale international projects in predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) methodologies, as well as building strong, effective teams. Her proficiency extends to consumer analytics, data science, AI, ESG reporting, and data and analytics.

Natalia's educational achievements include a BA in Domestic and International Logistics from Poznań University of Economics and Business, as well as two MAs — one in Investment and Corporate Financial Strategy also from Poznań University of Economics and Business and another in International Marketing from Jönköping University in Sweden.
