Patrycja Kafara

Patrycja is a Delivery Leader with 16+ years of professional experience in IT project management and business intelligence. She became a Lingarian in 2016, when she began strengthening our Demand Planning teams and demonstrated her ability to manage large scale technology and process transformations. A startup enthusiast, she previously acted as a startup co-founder responsible for business development and strategy. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the Warsaw University of Technology. She participated in the European Network of Women in Leadership’s 2022 Talent Pool Programme.
