Tina Dayon

Tina Dayon-Cabias is a technology leader with over 10 years of experience advising, consulting, and implementing global-scale data analytics solutions for Global Enterprise Fortune 500 customers.

Tina currently heads the Lingaro Philippines Operations Center for the Shared Ops Business Unit. With more than 120 strong consultants under her leadership, Tina ensures top quality service delivery while growing future leaders in service operations. As Delivery Leader, Tina is also responsible for business development and expanding her team’s footprint in the FMCG and food industries and beyond. She also co-steers the Business Unit’s transformation journey towards operational maturity. Her personal values of integrity, excellence, and accountability are at the center of all her working relationships. She completed her bachelor’s degree with honors in Information Systems from University of Santo Tomas.
