Piotr focuses on reinforcing Lingaro’s customer-centric cultural orientation. He oversees a wide range of initiatives that include positioning the company on the market, standardizing its core business processes, and broadening its customer base. He has been closely involved not only in achieving consistently high customer satisfaction ratings from major a FMCG player but also structuring a joint business plan to guide the key relationship. Previously at Lingaro, installed key oversight mechanisms for Lingaro’s Manila site as acting Philippines Country Manager, and served as Legal Liaison leading intellectual property protection initiatives. Prior to joining Lingaro, he co-founded a Software-as-a-Service startup providing a cost-efficient way for FMCG producers, distributors, and market research companies to collect field data in nearly real-time. He also served at Procter & Gamble, where he led the roll-out of a global Trade Funds Management system across Poland, Russia, Turkey, and the Arabian Peninsula. He holds an MSc in Information Technology and Information Systems for Decision Support from the Warsaw University of Technology.
