  • Working with the product owners and head of delivery to report on teams and progress.

  • Being the change agent, running transformational programs

  • Leading workshops with business stakeholders and development teams.

  • Facilitating and contributing in Agile Ceremonies including: Daily Scrum meetings, Demos, Retrospectives, Sprint planning, Product backlog refinement.

  • Taking responsibility for the team’s adoption and practice of Agile.

  • If required, putting traditional project management hat on to control project schedule, scope, budget and quality.

  • Financial management and P&L responsibility for the led projects.

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience managing projects and teams in Agile and Analytics environment (must-have).

  • Change management experience and methodologies knowledge

  • Understanding and experience in common Agile practices, service-oriented environments and better development practice.

  • Good understanding of traditional project management methodologies and experience in delivering projects in waterfall methodology.

  • Basic technical understanding of Analytics projects specifics and their implications to Agile methodologies.

  • Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.

  • Great communication skills in English language (C1).

  • Strong leadership and ownership skills as well as a team-player attitude.

  • Experience in working with remote teams and ability to work in multinational environment.

  • Working in the US time zone
