Working with the product owners and head of delivery to report on teams and progress.

Coaching, teaching and mentoring your team to ensure they can deliver the best solutions.

Leading workshops with business stakeholders and development teams.

Facilitating and contributing in Agile Ceremonies including: Daily Scrum meetings, Demos, Retrospectives, Sprint planning, Product backlog refinement.

Taking responsibility for the team’s adoption and practice of Agile.

If required, putting traditional project management hat on to control project schedule, scope, budget and quality.

Financial management and P&L responsibility for the led projects.
Requirements
-
3-5 years hands-on experience managing projects and teams in Agile and Analytics environment (must-have).

Change management experience and methodologies knowledge
-
Understanding and experience in common Agile practices, service-oriented environments and better development practice.
-
Good understanding of traditional project management methodologies and experience in delivering projects in waterfall methodology.
-
Basic technical understanding of Analytics projects specifics and their implications to Agile methodologies.
-
Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
-
Great communication skills in English language (C1).
-
Strong leadership and ownership skills as well as a team-player attitude.

Experience in working with remote teams and ability to work in multinational environment.
