  • Defining, building and managing a highly effective team.

  • Responsibility for leading a team, managing the day-to-day activities, setting clear team goals, promoting integrity and core values behaviors on a daily basis.

  • Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress and plan the next actions.

  • More than 3 of industry experience in UI/UX or IT team manager in a cross-functional team.

  • More than 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.

  • Experience in project monitoring, controlling and reporting.

  • Effective in problem solving and decision making.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.

  • Effective in setting expectations.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach.

  • High level of ownership.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent English.
