You will be responsible for:
  • Leading IT Project according to Lingaro Project framework

  • Responsibility for maintaining top quality and customer focus-based deliverables

  • Excellent proven communication and ownership skills

  • Ability to proactively initiate positive changes incl. communication, automation, upselling and extending the account, without direct input from peers

  • Ability to organize Stakeholders

  • Ability to represent the Team incl. meetings, workshops

  • Excellent risk management

  • Ability to maintain high motivation level within the Team and positive relations inside and outside of the Team

  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems


Requirements:

Essential: JIRA or another Agile working tool, PM Framework experience

  • Proven experience in successfully delivering projects as Project Manager in global environments for at least 4 years.

  • Ability to prepare and conduct professional presentations and manage professional relations with the customers

  • Basic SQL knowledge

Nice to have:

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Proven experience in leading Agile team as Scrum Master for more than 6 months.

  • Coordination of Web applications development

  • Scrum Master Certificate

  • BI, DWH, Data Analytics knowledge

  • Power BI or similar BI tool experience

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain
