Managing IT Projects from the start (scoping, planning) to the end (handover to Operations) in the field of Business Intelligence and Big Data, using the agile methodology
Managing scope, budget, time and risks in the project
Communicating clear expectations towards team members, providing high-quality projects
Knowledge management during and after the project (lessons learned, best practices)
Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress and plan the next actions
Putting ambitious goals and developing own competencies
Defining, building and managing a highly effective team.
Responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities, setting clear team goals, promoting integrity and core values behaviors on a daily basis.
Giving regular feedback, recognize good performance, react and manage low performance.
Managing staffing, bookings and billability of the team members.
Supporting presales process: preparation of SOW, response to RFP, preparation of the presales materials.
Managing scope, budget, time and risks in the project.

More than 3 years of industry experience in UI/UX or IT team manager in a cross-functional team.
More than 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
Experience in project monitoring, controlling and reporting.
Effective in problem solving and decision making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.
Effective in setting expectations
Strong analytical skills
Self-driven and proactive approach.
High level of ownership.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and ownership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Azure or any other cloud platform understanding
English level - C1
