Tasks:

Developing an intervention actions & corrective plans for projects & implementing them to back on track.

Successfully converting new targets, leveraging Lingaro’s capabilities and solutions and building mutually beneficial long term relationships.

Building “win-win” value propositions with rest of organization.

Managing & developing Project Management framework (including quality assurance and procedures deployment).
Requirements:
-
6+ years of experience in international IT Services companies in a role of minimum Project Manager (Portfolio/Program Manager preferable).

Strong project management skills in practice is a must.

Be able to navigate through the needs/concern of internal/external stakeholders and manage successful project implementation.

Proven capability & ability to work independently, capability to establish relationships with C-level stakeholders and the ability to interact and work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Out of the box thinking.

“Can do” attitude and problem-solving approach.

Willing to step out of the comfort zone.

Power BI / Power apps skills will be advantage.
