Tasks:
  • Assist the Resource Management team in developing and refining procedures related to resource management.

  • Provide ongoing support to the Resource Management team and act as the point of contact for resourcing issues and queries for the rest parties in the company.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Help in generating and analyzing reports related to resource utilization and allocation.

  • Work as part of the Resource Management team to ensure smooth operations and support the team's objectives.

  • Preparation of training materials on the subject matter of the department.

  • Management of the database and repository of the Resource Management team.

 

 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • At least 2/3 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services or talent management environment. Preferred: Resource management /Operations/Human resources/Project management etc.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance ever-changing work demands.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Result-oriented with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker who continuously seeks process improvement opportunities.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Good insight into data management, analysis and presentation and business intelligence tools.

  • Genuine interest in the development and success of consultants.

  • The ability to coordinate tasks as well as the ability to execute them.

  • Proven preparation of training materials.

  • MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (as a data analysis tool).

  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PowerBi reports.

  • Experience in capacity planning matters or other processes related to resource allocation.

  • Experience with data management.

  • Experience using systems such as Jira, Cornerstone etc.
