Robert is responsible for helping Lingaro’s biggest customer take full advantage of Lingaro offerings to drive growth and efficiency. Formerly at DXC Technology, he has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. During this time he has served as Senior Account Executive managing relations with a major global customer and has led teams focused on end-user IT support operations, application development, RPA Services and packaged application solutions for CPG supply chain support services. Robert believes in building true partnerships with clients by providing value-added services, emphasizing business outcomes, and creating a culture of high performance which has been able to put in practice by transforming and evolving services at highest operational excellence levels. He also advocates diversity, equity, and inclusion and has vice-chaired an advisory board on these topics. Robert holds a BS in Business from the Latin American University of Science and Technology in Costa Rica.
