Tasks:

Report sales performance.

Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

Reports adherence to sales process and follow up with Sales team to address gaps.

Perform data quality checks on sales data – correct or request corrections from record owners.
-
Fill in missing data required for reporting.
-
Assist in sales document assembly as required for key bids.
-
Manage Sharepoint repository for Sales department (structure, access, regular updates on common documents).
Requirements:

Familiarity with sales organization and terminology.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Willingness to learn new tools.
-
Methodical, systematic mindset and orderly approach to managing assets (information, documents, records etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Can effectively follow up and track progress up to closure.
