  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance

  • Managing projects from the start (scoping, planning) to the end

  • Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

  • Managing scope, budget, time, and risks in the project

  • Communicating clear expectations towards team members, providing high-quality projects

  • Knowledge management during and after the project (lessons learned, best practices)

  • Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress and plan the next actions

  • Putting ambitious goals and developing own competencies

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

  • Managing and mitigating project risks

  • Staffing project teams and managing resources

  • More than 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects

  • Ability to work with external teams and stakeholders

  • Acting as thought leader within the broader team

  • Self-driven and proactive approach

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a team and build a good atmosphere

  • Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure

  • Ability to manage and mitigate risks

  • Experience in leading projects from end to end (incl. presales activity)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Experience with Agile frameworks

  • PMP Certificate (or similar) and experience in PM standards implementation would be an asset

  • Experience in completing projects in CPG/FMCG industry – nice to have
