Tasks:

Be a leader of the entire solution implementation process from analysis, collecting customer requirements to design and development of reports and dashboard.

Designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform and Azure.

Implementing complex DAX measures in Analysis services models and in Power BI.
-
Drawing conclusions and recommendations - including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes – presenting them to Customers
-
Sharing experience and best practices with peers and more junior team members.

Pre-sales activities, scoping projects before they start.
-
(Non-mandatory) Leading and managing community of Power BI developers across Business Unit.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PowerBI development, dashboarding, data modeling and visualization techniques.

Drive for business and data understanding.

Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources (SQL, Cloud, other).
-
Experienced with complex visuals, DAX.
-
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, SDLC.
-
Ability to research and troubleshoot technical problems.
-
Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
-
Strong leadership skills and ability to share knowledge.
-
English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:

Experience working with other components of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
