Data & Analytics Strategist brings a unique mixture of business and data expertise to develop strategic plans that define how data can create value for an organization. Tasks:

work at the intersection of business and data alongside client leadership to define holistic strategies that combine business objectives with data opportunities.

managing stakeholders in a way that give solid foundation for strong long-term partnership

shape the Data & Analytics strategy and operating model with our clients, defining how to set them up as data driven enterprise

lead and manage transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget

advise on D&A solutions our clients need to get the most out of their data

conduct client-specific data value and quality analysis, facilitating effective means to gather current state of customers: workshops, interviews or other means.

rapidly identifying the customers' current state: business objectives, needs and challenges and adapting Lingaro services and products to client's current state.

research latest data use case and trends to grow Lingaro toolkits and knowledge bases

keep the practice at the forefront of Technology Consulting

develop and maintain Lingaro methodology to data driven strategy engagements.
Requirements:
-
min. 8+ years of experience in consulting internal strategy, including designing processes, framing problems, making decks, facilitating meetings, presenting to large and small audiences and selling your ideas.

min. 8+ years of experience with data&analytics projects internally or externally
-
experience defining and developing business cases and preparing strategical roadmap based on it
-
strong communication and storytelling with PowerPoint
-
ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.

strong Facilitation skills, knowledge on facilitation toolbox
-
strategic thinking, executive presence, sound judgment, and ability to influence with managing senior, C-lvl stakeholders on global lvl
-
strong organizational skills, self-driven, being able to take full ownership of assigned projects
-
strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, preferably Azure and GCP
-
knowledge on full delivery life-cycle for D&A projects.
Nice to have:

experience in CPG or/and Pharma OTC industry
-
azure fundamentals certification
-
prior experience including experience with technology strategy with a focus on Agile/DevOps practices, digital/cloud platforms and IT operating models preferred; experience with Cybersecurity and Data Governance would be a plus

MBA and/or post-grad education preferred

experience with D&A maturity assessment

Data Governance knowledge and experience

SAP experience/knowledge

experience with leading or actively taking part in Adoption & Awareness activities for D&A projects.
