  • Managing large programs and coordinating across all stakeholders to ensure the right execution, effective communication, and resource planning in order to deliver on key program objectives and results.

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization .

  • Managing program schedules and milestones, identification of issues, risks, and dependencies, and develop mitigations plans.

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. 

  • Supporting Project Managers within the BU by providing guidance and coaching or direct help/intervention in the project, including interaction with clients.

  • Being responsible for execution of regular project/program review process.

  • Communicating clear expectations towards team members, providing high-quality projects.

  • Support for knowledge management during and after the projects (lessons learned, best practices).

  • Acting as support for the project teams during escalation process, including direct interaction with clients.

  • Setting up project and program management standards and processes.

  • Conducting internal trainings. 

  • A minimum of 10 years’ total experience in IT field - must.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT program management – must. 

  • Familiar with fixed price projects – creating estimations and timelines - must.

  • Hands on experience in contractual aspects – defining scope, assumptions, timelines and other conditions - must.

  • Experience in management and monitoring of project/program P&L.

  • Ability to work with external teams and C-level stakeholders.

  •  Experience in data & analytics / business intelligence will be a plus. 

  • Acting as thought leader within the broader team.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and build a good atmosphere.

  • Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.

  • Ability to manage and mitigate risks.

  • Experience in leading projects from end to end (incl. presales/offering activity).

  • Very good written and spoken English.

  • PMP Certificate (or similar) and experience in PM.
