

Tasks:

Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software applications.

Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and helping to resolve technical issues as they arise.

Collaborate with product owners, OU leads, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

Develop project plans, manage project risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Work closely with the OUs to ensure that software applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.

Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Writes application and database codes based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and established coding standards, determines methods to validates code against business and architectural requirements.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code.

Work directly with customer to meet and exceed their expectations towards delivered solutions.
Requirements:
-
7+ years of experience in software development or related field.

Project Management experience (managing budget, scope, criteria, establishing goals and accountabilities, developing project plans, identifying risks)

Effective communication skills (explaining reports, analysis, and insights to business partners).

Experience with a PIM solution and/or Salsify is a plus
-
Leadership skills (at least 2 years of managing software engineering teams)

Knowledge in any object-oriented programming language like Java, C#, Python, etc.

Architecture patterns knowledge.

1+ year experience working with Cloud Services (Google, Azure or AWS)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
