Supply Chain Analytics Senior Manager

Preparation and maintain unique data analytics offerings and being part of various initiatives to expand Lingaro's business with current and new clients. Actively support the sales team and contribute to the pre-sales process as a supply chain expert.
Be a Supply Chain SME during analytical project delivery. Understanding clients' processes and needs by process mapping and identification of gaps and inefficiencies in physical, information, and financial flows. Identifying business and technical requirements and translating clients' needs to Lingaro's technical teams.

Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Management (e.g. long-term planning, manufacturing, inventory optimization, production scheduling, forecasting etc.).
Excellent supply chain processes understanding for CPG (FMCG) companies, gained during the projects or/and worked directly in the business.
Experience in presentation and project documentation preparation. Ability to explaining complex data-driven supply chain solutions to the business.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in working with numbers and data. Practical experience in data-driven optimization related to supply chain.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to rapidly learn new things.
Good understanding and knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, APS systems, and other business process-supporting technology.
A positive approach to challenges and the ability to contribute constructively to team development.
Experience in consulting and supply chain digital transformation projects is a plus.
Understanding current BI platforms and business data analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
