Tableau Developer

Developing, designing and testing BI Reports and Dashboards based on user requirements.
Working with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements.
Effectively translating end user reporting requirements into functional design documents.
Providing best practices and standards around analytics solution design, development, and delivery.
Improvement of existing dashboard design to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all data analytics applications.
Maintaining and supporting Tableau environment.
Working in the international projects in agile methodologies.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Tableau.
Hands on experience in Tableau development, dashboarding, data modeling and visualization techniques.
Experience in application designing, development and deployment using Tableau.
Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices.
Ability to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
Ability to research and troubleshoot technical problems.
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client's requirements.
Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
Experience in working in agile ways using Scrum, Kanban. Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps or similar ones.
Good knowledge of SQL is a nice to have.
Knowledge of other BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik , OBIEE, DOMO), Microsoft Azure and Python/R is nice to have.
Openness to learning other tools.
Ability to share knowledge.
English (verbal/written) - at least B2.
