  • Being Lingaro ambassador and supporting the company in launching its presence in India,

  • Responsibility for leading a team, managing the day-to-day activities, setting clear team goals,

  • Building solid relationships with corporate customers and initiating contact with new prospective clients,

  • Ensuring delivering topics on promises with the top quality in mind, and initiating regular communication with client,

  • Communicating, implementing, and executing processes and guidelines defined for the company,

  • Being a role model for the team, promoting integrity and core values behaviors on a daily basis,

  • Recruiting and building the highly effective team,

  • Being an architect of team members development, assessing key organizations talents,

  • Giving regular feedback, coaching for performance, and dealing with poor performance.

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in leading IT Team,

  • Self-driven and proactive approach,

  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills,

  • Proven experience in successful implementation of more than one cycle of projects in global environment,

  • Ability to prepare and conduct professional presentations and manage professional relations with the customers,

  • Technical understanding and ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa,

  • Nice to have: knowledge and experience in BI, DWH, Cloud solutions,

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
