  • At least 2 years of professional experience in team leading/ people management.

  • 5 years of overall experience in IT area.

  • Proven experience in project management, team management, presales and business development.

  • Great leadership and management skills.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.

  • Technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.

  • Azure or any other cloud platform understanding.

  • Web Development Project experience.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
